To our fans and guests, we wish to announce that our humble house has gone under contract for sale. If the sale becomes a reality there will be a new private owner of The Pattershall House and they will not be running it as a B&B. They love the house as many of you have, and we do, and, they will be great custodians of this amazing property.
If the sale fails for any reason we will reopen booking in early June, and the B&B adventure will continue right where we left off.
We want to thank everyone that has shared with us, and had a part of our brief success. Thanks to our guests and their reviews we became #3 in Belfast in the short 10 months we were open. Check back with us in late June and see if the website is still up, book and come for a visit. If the website is missing then the sale went through.
